We accept all major credit cards for booking. Your card Information is always Secure & Safe as we book with Stripe, which is used by many large companies such as Google, Amazon & Lyft.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things come up.
If you cancel before 48 hours you will not be charged for your upcoming cleaning.
If you cancel within 24 hours, We charge a non-refundable cancelation fee of 50% of your booking.
We ask that you PLEASE contact us as soon as you know you cannot have one of our domestic workers come to clean your home, this helps our team to be put on another job and not lose out on pay for that day.
Satisfaction Guarantee
On the off occasion that our team dropped the ball and you are unsatisfied with the job completed, we will schedule out a new cleaner to come back and clean your home ASAP and your next cleaning is also on us. Please reach out to us immediately if something was not done to our 305Klean Standard.
